Dr Sean Rothwell has returned from his job as expedition doctor for a fantastic climb of Mt Kilimanjaro.  Thanks to the able crew of Executive Excellence, led by John Miles and Mary Smith, all the trekkers made it to the summit and back down again safely.  The weather was perfect, with a stunning full moon for the summit climb and clear skies for the sunrise.  Executive Excellence choose to summit via the Lemosho route which allows for a few more days acclimatization.  In addition, all the trekkers used acetazolamide for altitude sickness prevention as per the latest guidelines from the Wilderness Medical Society.   The results speak for themselves!
